Welcome Call
Confirms the apartment details and the payment schedule provided to the customer


Apartment Registration
Assists the customer in getting their apartment registered and if required provides the service for getting the required legal documents registered from the registrar (eg. Power of Attorney).


Site Progress updates & Site Visits
Updates customers on the progress of the site by sending regular presentations of site photographs. Site visits are organized if necessary.


Payment reminders
Reminds the customer well in advance when payment is due.


Modifications and alterations
Coordination between the design team and customer if any internal modifications or alterations need to be made to the apartment.


Home Loan
A list of banks approving the project is provided. We also help co-ordinate with the bank representatives to ensure the smooth flow of loan process and provide all the relevant documents to the banker for the loan. Click here for loan assistance


Possession
Inspecting the apartment before final possession, and after possession, coordinating with the facility team and maintenance team to solve client queries and concerns.
