In Marvel’s venture into commercial projects, the Building Management System plays an important role in security and energy conservation. Automated boom barriers, tags for vehicle identification, IP cameras with DVM, and motion sensors in restricted areas are just a few of the security system features. While the control for AC’s, LED lighting with LUX sensors, automatic irrigation of plants in landscape garden, etc. are not only convenient but also will save energy and water.
